This Multi-Vintage Rosé d’Asssemblage is a beautifully presenting sparkling wine that typifies the Clover Hill house style of Rosé with a delicate salmon hue, accompanied by a fine persistent bead and a textural creamy mousse. The wine displays rose petal , Turkish delight and strawberry on the nose complimented delightfully by hints of toasted brioche and hazelnut. A fine, crisp and textural sparkling wine, its extra brut dosage offers a superb balance and persistence which delivers an exquisite drinking experience.

An exceptional colour, attesting to skilful blending: a mottled amber flecked with onion skin. Classy aromas, too: crushed musk, wild strawberry and orange zest. A scintillating skein of maritime freshness corsets any excess, imparting an indelible impression of dry, mouthwatering freshness and a palate-staining length. Extremely impressive.
